Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy Adelaide

Hydrogen (H2) is non-intrusive inhalation therapy.

Molecular hydrogen acts as a therapeutic antioxidant by reducing harmful oxygen radicals.

Hydrogen has anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and protective effects on cells and organs. Hydrogen plays a huge role in energy production in the body, reduces lactic acid formation and helps support sports performance.

H2 is the smallest diatomic molecule in nature and has become a rising star in gas medicine in the past few decades. As a non-toxic and easily accessible gas.

H2 has shown preventive and therapeutic effects on various diseases of the respiratory, cardiovascular, central nervous system, and other systems. (1)

Hydrogen is a natural preventative health tool that may help you slow down the ageing process and improve your quality of life.

Are there any negative side effects?

H2 has a number of advantages exhibiting extensive effects: H2 rapidly diffuses into tissues and cells, and it is mild enough neither to disturb metabolic redox reactions nor to affect signaling reactive oxygen species; therefore, there should be no or little adverse effects of H2

The numerous publications on its biological and medical benefits revealed that H2 reduces oxidative stress not only by direct reactions with strong oxidants, but also indirectly by regulating various gene expressions. Moreover, by regulating the gene expressions, H2 functions as an anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic, and stimulates energy metabolism. In addition to growing evidence obtained by model animal experiments, extensive clinical examinations were performed or are under investigation. Since most drugs specifically act to their targets, H2 seems to differ from conventional pharmaceutical drugs. Owing to its great efficacy and lack of adverse effects, H2 has promising potential for clinical use against many diseases. (2)

Hydrogen gas has been used in different capacities for hundreds of years and even at very high levels has shown no toxic side effects.

Hydrogen gas naturally produced by the body. After eating a fiber-rich meal, our gut bacteria can produce litres of hydrogen in a single day! (1,2,3)

You may take this treatment on its own or as an add on to the Red Light Therapy Pod, RIFE and PEMF.

FAQs

  • Yes, you can! We have a range of Hydrogen products you can use from home, including the clinical grade Respire 1000. Learn more here

  • We usually recommend that you use this therapy in conjunction with the Red Light or RIFE but it is possible to just chill out for an hour and breathe hydrogen on its own as well.

  • We recommend you sit and breathe in the goodness at least a few times a week, while healing a chronic condition but then maintenance can be less. We will discuss protocol with each patient.

  • No, you can take a look at our shop and see the range of hydrogen products we have to assist you and your health goals! Visit our shop here
